Orange Marmalade Mont Blanc
Learn how to make an Orange Marmalade Mont Blanc: a refreshing, citrus-forward cold brew topped with velvety cold foam using Bouquet's bright, all-natural Orange Marmalade syrup.

Dear coffee lovers,
We’ve teamed up with Bouquet to create a special drink featuring their refreshing Orange Marmalade syrup, made entirely with natural ingredients. For now, Bouquet’s syrups are only available to try exclusively at Sightglass locations in San Francisco and Los Angeles. While they’re not available to purchase online just yet, we’ve heard that’s coming soon. In the meantime, we’ll show you how to recreate this syrup at home.
Let’s get brewing! 👀
You’ll need
A 12oz drink glass
Pre-made or homemade cold brew
You can purchase pre-made cold brew from your local café or get some from roasters like Stumptown, Slingshot, or La Colombe.
If you want to make your own cold brew at home, follow this recipe.
Whole milk (or your preferred milk alternative) for cold foam
Bouquet’s Orange Marmalade syrup
If you want to try recreating Bouquet’s syrup at home, refer to the ingredients listed on the Orange Marmalade syrup product page.
Alternatively, here’s an orange simple syrup recipe to try out, but I’d recommend using ½ cane sugar and ½ Turbinado sugar rather than just cane sugar.
Bartender’s jigger to measure your Orange Marmalade syrup
Cobbler shaker to incorporate your cold brew and Orange Marmalade syrup
Measuring cup to measure your cold brew and whole milk
Handheld electric milk frother to make cold foam
Milk pitcher (or just use a measuring cup) for preparing your cold foam
Zester to top your drink with an orange zest garnish (optional)
Ingredients
8oz of cold brew
4oz of whole milk
1oz total of Bouquet’s Orange Marmalade syrup
0.5oz for cold brew
0.5oz for cold foam
Cubed ice
1 navel orange for a zest garnish (optional)
Recipe steps
Add 8oz of cold brew, 0.5oz of Bouquet’s Orange Marmalade syrup, and 2 cups of ice to your shaker. Shake the mixture for 10-15 seconds to incorporate the syrup with the cold brew.
Strain the mixture into your 12oz glass (preventing ice from getting into the drink).
Add 4oz of whole milk and 0.5oz of Bouquet’s Orange Marmalade syrup into a pitcher.
Place your handheld milk frother into the whole milk and syrup mixture then turn it on to create your cold foam.
Blend the cold foam mixture until it reaches a smooth, velvety consistency. This should take about 30-45 seconds.
Fill up your 12oz glass to the brim with your cold foam mixture.
For a bold citrus aroma, add an orange zest garnish to the top of the cold foam layer.
Enjoy the refreshing, rich flavors of your Orange Marmalade Mont Blanc. 💙

This weekend, we’ll be hosting an exclusive release of this signature recipe with our friends at Mea Culpa in Norfolk, Virginia! If you’re in the area, join us to try the Orange Marmalade Mont Blanc. A very special thanks to Bouquet for sharing their delicious Orange Marmalade syrup with us to make this drink possible. Happy brewing!
