Dear coffee lovers,
It seems like a new collaboration, activation, in-store café, or other crossover is happening every day. Few, however, get it right. Two that consistently do are Quiet Mountain Cafe and Kingston, New York-based Mirra Coffee.
After two successful collaborations in 2024, Quiet Mountain and Mirra recently teamed up again, this time to release a beautiful naturally processed Panama Geisha from producer Diego Eleta.
Last week, our team gathered at Equinox Coffee to try the roast. We prepared it as a hot pour-over on a Hario V60, using 32g of coffee and 500g of water. After letting the coffee cool for 5–10 minutes, a candied, bright blue raspberry note quickly emerged, followed by delicate orange blossom florals. This coffee was exceptional.
