Dear coffee lovers,
I hope you’re all getting ready to enjoy a relaxing and restful holiday season! Starting next week, many roasters will be winding down their new releases and roasting schedules for the rest of the year. During that time, we’ll also be pausing Weekly Roasts until the new year. Thank you for tuning in each week. We’ve loved sharing new coffees with you, and we can’t wait to be back in 2026 with more fresh roasts to explore together. 💙
Wrapping up 2025, this week’s featured coffees include an elegant, natural Honduras Gesha from kaffemik in Vienna, Austria, and a striking, anaerobic natural Ethiopian with a complex flavor profile from KillBean in London, UK. Let’s dive in! 👀
